Location: Tokyo, Japan

Salary: JPY 6,000,000–8,000,000/year + Bonus (Twice a year)

Employment: Full-time

Travel: Overseas business trips (approx. once every 2 months)

About the Role

Join the Global Sales team supporting overseas subsidiaries across 12 countries. This newly created position focuses on strengthening support for Europe and North America, serving as a bridge between global offices and headquarters while helping expand international business.

Key Responsibilities

• Support overseas subsidiaries with sales, presentations, and customer meetings.
• Coordinate with headquarters to ensure smooth production and export operations.
• Support international projects for Japanese multinational clients.
• Develop business with multinational companies operating in Japan.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with overseas distributors, particularly in Europe.

Requirements

• Native-level English
• Japanese proficiency (JLPT N2 or above)
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred

• B2B sales experience
• Experience in industrial equipment, machinery, manufacturing, or plant engineering
