Position Summary
We are seeking a Business Development Associate (M&A / Investment Planning) to support the company's corporate development initiatives. This position is ideal for candidates interested in building a career in M&A, investment planning, and corporate strategy—even if they do not have direct M&A experience.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors throughout the M&A process, including financial analysis, due diligence, valuation support, and transaction execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Support M&A projects from initial evaluation through closing
- Coordinate financial, accounting, tax, and legal due diligence
- Prepare financial models, presentations, and investment materials
- Collaborate with internal business units and external advisors
- Assist with contract negotiations and transaction execution
- Conduct market and business research to support investment decisions
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Experience in one of the following:
- Corporate sales (B2B)
- Corporate planning
- Project management
- Finance or business administration
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Basic understanding of finance, accounting, tax, or corporate law
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Strong interest in M&A and corporate investment
Preferred
- Experience in M&A, investment, consulting, banking, or corporate finance
- Professional certifications such as CPA, Tax Accountant, or Attorney
- Business-level English (TOEIC 800+ or equivalent)
