Customer Service Representative (Part-Time)

Location: Greenville, SC 29607

Schedule: Part-Time, approximately 30 hours per week

Typical Hours: Around 9:00 AM–3:00 PM (6 hours/day), with some flexibility

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to support order processing, customer service, shipping coordination, and general administrative functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate order fulfillment and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Order Processing

• Process customer orders, purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams regarding orders and deliveries.
• Prepare shipment documentation and arrange domestic shipments.
• Track shipments and maintain accurate records.

Customer Service

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Provide order status updates and shipping information.
• Monitor open orders and follow up on delays or issues.
• Prepare quotations and assist with invoice-related inquiries.

Administrative Support

• Answer and direct phone calls.
• Welcome visitors and manage incoming mail and packages.
• Maintain customer and vendor records.
• Assist with travel arrangements, office supplies, and general office administration.
• Support special projects and other assigned duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Travel

• Occasional local day travel within South Carolina and North Carolina (approximately 6–12 times per year).
• No overnight or international travel required.
