About the Role

The HR Administrator will support the day-to-day human resources operations of the Canadian business. This role is responsible for recruitment coordination, onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, employee records management, and ensuring compliance with Ontario employment legislation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling
  • Support employee onboarding and orientation processes
  • Support payroll, benefits administration, and other core HR operations
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation remains accurate, organized, and compliant
  • Ensure compliance with Ontario employment and workplace regulations
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR administrative support
  • Assist in developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate HR-related communication and reporting with headquarters

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • CHRP designation (completed or in progress) is an asset
  • 3+ years of HR administration or HR generalist experience
  • Knowledge of Ontario Employment Standards Act (ESA) and HR best practices
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
  • Professional proficiency in both Korean and English
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
