Salary: $67,000 – $71,000

Summary:

Seeking an experienced Assistant Manager with a background in Japanese sushi restaurants to support daily operations across front-of-house and kitchen. This role ensures high-quality food, smooth service, and excellent guest experience while maintaining strict health and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily FOH/BOH operations and ensure efficient workflow
• Coordinate service with chefs to maintain quality and timing
• Train, schedule, and supervise staff
• Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues
• Manage inventory, costs, and compliance with health regulations
• Support business goals, promotions, and operational improvements

Qualifications:
