Job Title: Accounting Manager / Senior Accounting Manager
Location: Alabama
Salary: Manager: $90-110K/ Senior Manager: $110-130K plus Bonus

Overview
This position oversees accounting and administrative functions, reporting directly to the CFO. The role manages a team and is responsible for operations, financial reporting, and team development.
Responsibilities
- Oversee AP/AR and daily accounting operations
- Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closings
- Handle reporting to Japan HQ, including consolidated reporting
- Manage budgeting and variance analysis
- Coordinate with auditors and external accounting firms
- Supervise administrative functions such as cost accounting and expatriate support (as needed)
Qualifications
- Accounting/finance experience with management experience
- Business-level Japanese and English
- Experience with reporting to Japan HQ and consolidated financials
Preferred
- Experience in Japanese companies
- Cost accounting experience
- Manufacturing accounting background
