Required Qualifications
- Business-level Japanese language proficiency (Required)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
- Authorized to work in the U.S. (OPT and visa sponsorship are not available)
- Experience with technical drawings and product testing
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel as needed
Responsibilities
- Develop new sensor products and bring innovative ideas to market
- Design and modify products based on customer requirements
- Create prototypes and conduct product testing
- Prepare technical drawings and documentation
- Support customer visits and trade shows
- Assist with new factory setup, equipment installation, and process improvements
Preferred Qualifications
- AutoCAD and/or SOLIDWORKS experience
- Product design or manufacturing experience
No prior thermistor knowledge required. Training will be provided.
