Order Management Specialist/Inside Sales Representative

Location: Nashville, TN

Salary: $50,000 – $60,000 + Annual Bonus

Schedule: Hybrid (Tue-Thu Onsite, Mon & Fri Remote)

Training Period: First 3 Months Fully Onsite

MUST HAVE

• Experience in Inside Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Supply Chain, Import/Export, Order Management, or Sales Support

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to manage multiple orders, shipments, and deadlines simultaneously

• Ability to work onsite in Nashville during the training period

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Process customer orders and enter data into ERP systems

• Coordinate shipments with customers, suppliers, warehouses, and logistics providers

• Monitor inventory and open orders

• Manage documentation and reports

• Support import/export and supply chain activities

• Resolve customer inquiries and order issues

PREFERRED

• ERP experience

• EDI experience

• Import/Export documentation experience

• Manufacturing, trading company, steel, logistics, or supply chain background
