PMO – Core Banking System Migration

Seeking a PMO/Technical Coordinator to support a banking system replacement project for a financial institution. The system runs on an emulator environment and does not involve new feature development. The role focuses on coordinating testing, migration, and communication across teams.

• Employment type: Temp (open ended)
• Hourly Rate: $60 – 64/hr (potential flexibility depending on experience)
• Work Location: Jersey City, NJ *on-site job

Responsibilities

• Support test and migration activities for banking system replacement projects
• Coordinate with client IT teams and development teams
• Track issues, risks, and project progress
• Support UAT and system migration processes
• Prepare project status updates and documentation
• Coordinate across related teams to support smooth implementation

Requirements

• 5+ years of IT PM/PMO or business application development experience
• Experience with banking systems and understanding of core banking-related functions
• Understanding of system development lifecycle and testing processes
• Onsite work in NJ 4–5 days/week

Preferred

• Executive reporting experience
• System planning experience
• Portuguese or Japanese language skills would be a plus
