Job Description: Independent Sales Representative

Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Independent Sales Representative to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth within the North California Region territory. The ideal candidate has an established network in the Electronics sector and a proven track record of opening new accounts and maintaining long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify and prospect customers with exhibitions, seminars/webinars and SSN.
• Relationship Management: Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular check-ins, product training, and support.
• Sales Presentations: Conduct professional product demonstrations and sales pitches to the potential customers by visiting their office or online.
• Trade Shows: Represent the brand at regional trade shows and industry events as required.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of outside sales experience, specifically as a multi-line rep or independent contractor.
• Skills: Strong negotiation skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently without daily supervision.
• Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams, etc.).
• Travel: Ability to travel extensively within the territory to meet clients face-to-face.
• Language Proficiency: Native or near-native fluency in both English and Japanese
