A Japanese company is seeking a Production Control (PC) Assistant Supervisor.
Location: Huntsville, AL
Salary: $70K
Work Type: Full-time, On-site
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The PC Assistant Supervisor has primarily following responsibilities and authorities for:
- Performing data entry and verification of production and inventory transactions.
- Operation and maintenance of communication systems with customers and internal scanning systems.
- Ordering and maintaining component parts/materials and plant supplies where required.
- Maintaining all documents/records supporting the accounting and inventory transactions.
- Performing any other projects specified by Administrative Manager.
- Understanding and overseeing all aspects of production management, including logistics.
HOURS AND PROVISIONS:
Business Hours are 7:00 am – 4:00 pm. Some flexibility required. Lunch is from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Overtime is required as necessary.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Excellent computer skills, especially Microsoft Suite including Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous automotive experience a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Operation of Communication Systems with Customers
- Subordinate Management Skills
