Position: Sales Representative

Location: Hybrid (Office attendance once a week)

Salary: $58K–68K

Our client, Japanese sake distributer is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to develop and maintain strong relationships with customers within the assigned territory.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about Japanese sake and Japanese cuisine and are interested in building a career in sales and business development within the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

• Establish, maintain, and develop strong business relationships with customers in the assigned territory

• Visit existing and prospective customers to provide product information and support in order to secure and maintain business

• Promote and sell company products to customers within the assigned territory

• Communicate new product opportunities, customer feedback, and market information to internal teams

• Assist management in establishing sales goals and strategies for the territory

Internal Coordination & Reporting

• Work closely with operations and logistics teams to achieve territory sales objectives

• Coordinate with the accounting department to support timely collection of accounts receivable

• Provide timely field activity reports to assist with business planning and product development

• Submit sales activity reports and additional reports as required

• Participate in quarterly inventory counts

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Japanese language skill is preferred but not mandatory

• Strong verbal and written communication skills required

• Must be willing and able to travel occasionally

• Valid driver’s license required
