We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to support daily office operations and ensure efficient administrative processes. This role plays a key part in maintaining office functions, supporting internal teams, and coordinating across departments including HR, logistics, and purchasing.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5–7 years of experience in office administration or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and support shipment handling as needed
  • Ability to travel occasionally for business needs, including overnight trips

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations including scheduling, supplies, and general administrative support
  • Coordinate meetings, maintain calendars, and prepare reports and documentation
  • Support shipping and receiving operations, including packaging, tracking, and documentation
  • Manage inventory, purchasing processes, and vendor communications
  • Assist with import/export documentation and logistics coordination
  • Provide HR administrative support including recruiting coordination and onboarding
  • Handle employee inquiries and maintain compliance with company policies
  • Coordinate travel arrangements including flights, hotels, and transportation
  • Maintain records, contracts, and company documentation
  • Support cross-functional teams including sales and service departments
  • Ensure efficient workflows and recommend process improvements
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized office environment
  • May be assigned other duties by managers
