🚀 Quality Engineer | Drive Excellence in Advanced Manufacturing

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Engineer to join our team and play a key role in ensuring product excellence across our manufacturing operations. This is an opportunity to work cross-functionally, influence processes, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.


🔍 What You’ll Do

  • Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and drive effective corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
  • Develop and maintain quality standards, procedures, and documentation
  • Monitor and improve production processes to ensure consistent product quality
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain teams to resolve quality issues
  • Conduct internal audits and support customer and external audits
  • Analyze quality data, KPIs, and trends to identify improvement opportunities
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities including PFMEA and Control Plans
  • Review and approve inspection plans and test procedures
  • Partner with suppliers on quality performance, including SCARs
  • Ensure compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and regulatory requirements

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related)
  • 3–7+ years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in semiconductor, robotics, or automation industries is a plus
  • Strong expertise in:
    • Root cause analysis tools (8D, 5 Whys, Fishbone)
    • Statistical analysis / SPC
    • PFMEA, Control Plans, process validation
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems
  • Proficiency in Excel and quality tools/software
  • Excellent problem-solving and cross-functional communication skills

⭐ Nice to Have

  • Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt)
  • Experience in supplier quality and audit processes
  • Knowledge of electromechanical assemblies or robotics systems
