Position: Retail Sales Clerk (Full-Time)

Job Summary
Provide customer service in a retail environment, including sales, cashier duties, and daily store operations. This role also supports inventory management and overall store activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in-store and over the phone
- Operate cash register and handle transactions
- Stock, organize, and display merchandise
- Manage inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle returns, exchanges, and customer inquiries
- Support store opening and closing procedures
- Assist with training and supporting part-time staff
Requirements
- Basic communication skills in English (Japanese or Chinese is a plus)
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable and team-oriented
