Job Description
This position supports battery analysis and field issue resolution activities by performing analytical tasks, testing, and data preparation under the direction of a laboratory supervisor. The role focuses on executing technical procedures, generating accurate data, and contributing to problem-solving efforts within a structured laboratory environment.

Required Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Experience in laboratory testing, inspection, or technical support roles
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, or materials principles
- Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accurate documentation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic English communication skills for technical settings
- Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
- Ability to handle components and perform manual tasks with precision
- Ability to lift and transport moderately heavy items as needed
- Willingness to work outside standard hours when required
- Occasional travel to customer sites, external labs, or suppliers
Responsibilities
- Perform battery disassembly, inspection, measurement, and testing on cells, modules, and packs
- Execute analysis tasks according to defined procedures and safety standards
- Operate laboratory equipment and record test data accurately
- Prepare raw data, reports, and supporting documentation for analysis activities
- Maintain traceability of samples, test conditions, and results
- Support laboratory operations including equipment checks and sample handling
- Assist in field issue investigations by generating technical data and evidence
- Collaborate with engineers and cross-functional teams on problem-solving efforts
- Ensure compliance with quality management systems and safety standards
- Communicate progress, issues, and findings to supervisors clearly
- Support continuous improvement initiatives in lab operations and efficiency
- Perform assigned duties under supervision without decision-making authority
- May be assigned other duties by managers
