🚀 We’re Hiring: Business Process Analyst (Dallas, TX | Full-Time)

Base : $60-70K

🔍 What You’ll Do

• Analyze and map end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Use data to uncover trends, diagnose issues, and build actionable solutions
• Translate business needs into clear system and process requirements
• Design scalable workflows and maintain structured documentation
• Proactively track project progress, flag risks, and communicate with stakeholders
• Contribute to operational initiatives and cross-functional projects

• Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, data analysis, visualization)
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and independently drive solutions
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Adaptability and eagerness to learn new tools and technologies
• Experience leveraging AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) for problem-solving

⭐ Nice to Have

• 3+ years in application development or system engineering (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
• Experience with Google Apps Script (GAS) for automation
• SQL skills (BigQuery is a plus)
• Familiarity with CRM/ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce)
• Background in business process mapping and documentation
