Staff Accountant – Duluth, GA (On-site)
Full-time | Salary: $55-75K (DOE)

Established in Japan in 1947, this organization operates across 11 countries with 30+ manufacturing sites, supporting industries such as automotive, consumer electronics, and industrial applications. Overview:
This role supports core accounting operations, including financial reporting, monthly close, and general ledger management. You’ll work closely with leadership and contribute directly to maintaining accurate financials in a growing, internationally connected business.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–3 years of accounting experience preferred
- Understanding of core accounting principles
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly financial reporting, including balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger entries
- Support monthly close process and maintain accurate accounting records
- Prepare standard and non-standard journal entries (daily, monthly, quarterly)
- Reconcile balance sheet, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage cash flow tracking through accounting systems
- Track and report on fixed assets, including additions and disposals
- Investigate and resolve account variances
- Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and ISO-aligned processes
- Support leadership with ad hoc reporting and analysis
- Assist with AR/AP processes and basic HR/payroll-related tasks
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed
