We are seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Coordinator to support customer account management, order processing, and sales operations.
In this role, you will act as a key liaison between customers, internal teams, and manufacturing partners—ensuring seamless communication, accurate order handling, and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders, inventory levels, and shipment coordination
- Respond to inquiries from customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders
- Prepare quotes, analyze pricing, and support sales activities
- Monitor inventory and generate reports to support business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order and billing issues
- Conduct competitor analysis and support new business development efforts
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); ERP experience is a plus
- Knowledge of shipping, billing, or basic accounting is preferred
- English: Business level and above, Japanese: big plus
