Position: Part-Time HR and Accounting Assistant – Japanese/English Bilingual
Location: Houston, TX
Hours: 4-5 hours a day / 3 days a week
Pay: $21-22/HR
Employment type: Temp/ Long term
Responsibilities:
- Assist expats related tasks such as VISA issues and individual tax returns.
- Provide support to new coming and leaving expats.
- Assist accounting clerical work such as confirmation of account receivable
- Back-office work for preparation of audit documents
- Daily office administration related duties.
- Filing and document management.
- All other duties and/or support as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS Outlook a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English
- Ability to work with flexibility.
- Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills.
Organization Relationships:
- Will work with all levels in the organization.
