Job Title: Japanese Bilingual Sales Coordinator

Required Qualifications:
- Fluent in both English and Japanese (reading, writing, and speaking)
- 3+ years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and hands-on experience
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and accounting software (including QuickBooks)
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate shipment schedules with clients and review shipping documents
- Handle data entry and logistics administration
- Analyze sales results and prepare periodic reports comparing budget vs. actuals
- Support preparation of financial statements and fiscal reports
- Assist with accounting tasks for the company and subsidiaries
- Take on additional projects and responsibilities as assigned
