Compensation: $20/hour
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (5 days, Sunday–Saturday)
Shift: 9:45 AM – 6:15 PM during Eastern Standard Time / 10:45 AM – 7:15 PM during Daylight Saving Time, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. 5 days per week in the office.
About the Role
We are currently seeking a Japanese-Chinese Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our client’s call centre team in downtown Toronto. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and are passionate about providing exceptional customer care.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a dedicated concierge assisting clients via telephone with all aspects of medical arrangements.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and support in both Japanese and Chinese.
- Accurately enter and maintain client information using computerized systems.
- Provide clients with information about product terms and conditions.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Requirements
- Fluent in Japanese and Chinese (spoken and written).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confident, reliable, motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Team player with excellent cooperation skills.
