Japanese-Chinese Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Call Centre


Location: Downtown Toronto, Ontario

Job Type: 6-Month Temp (with possibility of permanent placement)

Compensation: $20/hour

Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week (5 days, Sunday–Saturday)

Shift: 9:45 AM – 6:15 PM during Eastern Standard Time / 10:45 AM – 7:15 PM during Daylight Saving Time, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch break. 5 days per week in the office.


About the Role

We are currently seeking a Japanese-Chinese Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our client’s call centre team in downtown Toronto. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and are passionate about providing exceptional customer care.


Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a dedicated concierge assisting clients via telephone with all aspects of medical arrangements.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support in both Japanese and Chinese.
  • Accurately enter and maintain client information using computerized systems.
  • Provide clients with information about product terms and conditions.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Japanese and Chinese (spoken and written).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Confident, reliable, motivated, and goal-oriented.
  • Team player with excellent cooperation skills.
