As we expand into the U.S. market, we are seeking a hands-on IT Support Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment and wants to play a key role in building scalable operations from day one.

Position Overview
The IT Support Specialist will serve as the frontline technical partner for our restaurant operations. You will ensure seamless performance of all in-store technologies — including POS systems, kitchen devices, kiosks, payment systems, and networking infrastructure — while supporting daily operational needs and long-term scalability.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems in real time, working directly with store teams, and building systems that enable growth.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Troubleshooting & System Support
- Diagnose and resolve in-store technology issues, including:
- POS systems
- Kitchen Display Systems (KDS)
- Self-order kiosks
- Payment terminals
- Networking equipment, routers, mini-PCs, printers
- Support reporting, stocktake & write-off processes
- Execute menu setup and system updates across multiple platforms
- Install and configure devices and applications
- Conduct routine system checks to minimize downtime
- Provide both on-site and remote support as required
User Support & Training
- Coach restaurant team members on system usage and best practices
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical staff
- Ensure smooth execution of menu updates and operational changes
- Serve as a trusted technology partner to shop teams
Operations & Vendor Coordination
- Work directly with restaurant operations in a fast-paced environment
- Recommend and implement technology improvements to enhance efficiency
- Coordinate with external vendors for repairs, escalations, and service issues
- Maintain hardware inventory and support procurement planning
- Participate in after-hours, weekend, and on-call support rotations
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 2–4 years of hands-on technical support experience in restaurant or retail environments
- Experience supporting:
- POS systems
- Kitchen Display Systems
- Self-order kiosks
- Online ordering platforms
- Order Management Systems
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Comfortable meeting tight deadlines
Preferred (Not Required)
- Programming experience (PHP, React, JavaScript)
- Basic knowledge of supply chain workflows (Purchase Orders, Cash Sales)
- AWS Cloud experience
- Linux-based OS experience
- NetSuite experience (strong advantage)
