Japanese Bilingual Accounting Support- Quickbooks specialist
Role: Japanese Bilingual Temporary Accounting Support (QuickBooks Online Setup)
Location: Remote
Pay: Flexible hourly rate, depending on experience
Work Style: Remote, project-based; 10–20 hours per week
Duration: Approximately 2–3 months to start, with potential extension by mutual agreement

Position Overview
This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys building clean, practical systems from the ground up. This short-term remote role will support the setup and early-stage use of QuickBooks Online, helping establish a solid accounting foundation while keeping day-to-day processes organized and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Support QuickBooks Online setup and initial configuration
- Assist with chart of accounts structure and accounting workflow design
- Help establish and support basic bookkeeping processes during the initial phase
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience implementing both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop
- Experience with inventory management in QuickBooks Online
- Experience handling multi-currency transactions
- Experience with intercompany transactions is strongly preferred
- Business-level Japanese and/or English communication skills preferred
