Role: Bilingual GSOC (Global Security Operations Center) Analyst

Work location: Tempe, AZ (Hybrid. 3 days onsite per week)

Rate: $40/hour

Duration: 12-month contract with contract to hire option (chance for extension and direct hire)

Note: This position would require the resource to work 4 days per week i.e. Wednesday through Saturday, 3:00 PM EST to 1:00 AM EST (12PM MST to 10 PM MST). Please ensure you are comfortable to follow this work shift.

Our client is actively seeking Tier 1 Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) Analysts to support Tier 1 and Tier 2 operations during US daytime hours. Their task will be to help support the evening hours of our Japanese businesses’ cybersecurity from our client’s America region. Given our global footprint and operational dependencies with Japan, bilingual candidates with both English and Japanese language skills as well as cultural fluency are strongly required.

SOC Analyst – Tier 1 Coverage

· Monitor, triage, and escalate security alerts

· Execute playbooks and document incidents

· Collaborate with global GSOC teams and follow the GSOC operating model

· Experience in financial services or regulated environments preferred familiarity with NIST, MITRE ATT&CK, and GSOC workflows

· Business Operations Transfer (BOT) models preferred

· Analysts will be required to have both English and Japanese language skills as well as cultural fluency (native level)
