Work Location: Casa Grande, AZ

Work Hours: M-F 8:00-4:30

Pay rate: $20/hour

Overview

Seeking a reliable Warehouse Operator to join our client's warehouse team. This position supports daily warehouse operations while maintaining a safe, incident-free work environment. The role involves loading and unloading trucks, inspecting cargo, storing materials safely, and assisting with general warehouse duties.

Responsibilities

• Process, package, and ship orders accurately
• Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory in designated locations
• Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and damage
• Organize warehouse space and maintain inventory levels
• Pick and prepare customer orders
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse records
• Report discrepancies or damaged goods
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
• Assist in improving warehouse procedures and efficiency

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience required
• Forklift operation experience required (stand-up and sit-down)
• Forklift certification preferred
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks
• Basic knowledge of warehouse inventory systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a team environment

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Ability to perform physical tasks including inspections and equipment handling
• Comfortable working outdoors and in seasonal extreme heat

Preferred Experience

• Chemical handling experience is a plus, but not required
