Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales / Account Representative to support automotive-related customers through quotations, vendor coordination, and project management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing customer interaction with behind-the-scenes coordination to ensure projects move smoothly from quote to delivery.
You’ll act as a key liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams—helping manage timelines, costs, and expectations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage customer quotations
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to meet customer specifications
- Support customer relationship management and account development
- Oversee project coordination from order receipt through delivery and installation
- Track project timelines, costs, and reporting updates to management
- Maintain strong communication with customers to ensure satisfaction
Qualifications
- Experience with quotations, vendor management, and customer account support
- Background in project coordination or order management
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Willingness to travel up to 35%
