Position Overview

We are seeking an Electrical Controls Technician to support the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of conveyor systems and automated equipment within automotive manufacturing environments. This role is ideal for a hands-on technician who enjoys working with robotics, electrical panels, and industrial wiring while supporting equipment both in-house and at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with installation and wiring of electrical control panels and conveyor systems
• Support troubleshooting of conveyors, robotics, and automated equipment
• Perform electrical panel wiring and component integration
• Assist with equipment start-up, testing, and commissioning
• Travel to customer sites to support installation and service needs
• Collaborate with engineering and fabrication teams to ensure project timelines are met

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of conveyors, robotics, and/or electrical panels and wiring
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to travel up to 35% as required
• Industrial or manufacturing experience preferred
