Forklift Operator

Location: Peachtree Corners, GA (Warehouse Facility)

Salary: $22.00–$22.50/hour (+$0.50–$1.00/hour for freezer environment)

Work Type: Full-time (40 hours/week) / On-site

A leading Japanese & Asian food distributor with a nationwide warehouse network is seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to support daily warehouse operations at its U.S. distribution facility. This organization has over 100 years of global food distribution history and supplies 6,000+ products to food service and retail partners across the country.

Position Overview:

This role is critical to maintaining efficient receiving, storage, racking, and inventory flow within a fast-paced food distribution environment. The Forklift Operator ensures safe product handling, accurate placement, and overall warehouse efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts safely and efficiently
• Perform receiving, put-away, rack placement, and inventory movement
• Support freezer and cold storage operations as needed
• Assist with loading/unloading deliveries
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and warehouse procedures

Qualifications:

• Prior forklift certification strongly preferred
• Hands-on warehouse experience required
• Experience with receiving and racking operations highly valued
• Ability to work in freezer environment (additional pay differential provided)
• Safety-focused, reliable, and detail-oriented
