Overview

Seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to implement and maintain QA protocols for manufacturing processes. This role supports product quality, continuous improvement, and compliance with safety and ISO standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate quality issues and customer complaints
  • Prepare documentation and support audits
  • Collaborate on process improvement using SPC and JMP
  • Conduct internal and supplier audits
  • Ensure compliance with ISO 9001/14001 and safety guidelines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field
  • 2+ years QA experience (semiconductor industry preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and statistical tools
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Comfortable working with chemicals
