Japanese Bilingual Digital Creative & Event Specialist

We are seeking an Event Support and Digital Creative Specialist to support leadership in both event coordination and digital creative production. This hands-on role combines event planning, vendor management, guest relations, and creative project support in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support company events, including international media and executive visits
• Manage event logistics, vendors, schedules, budgets, and on-site execution
• Serve as a liaison between visiting executives, guests, and internal teams
• Support creative production projects, content reviews, and external creative vendors
• Assist with digital marketing initiatives and related activities

Qualifications

• Fluent in Japanese (required)
• Being able to travel domestically and internationally
• 3+ years of experience in creative production, event planning, or a related field
• Experience working with vendors and managing multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with photo/video production, digital marketing, or social media
• Experience supporting VIP guests, media events, or international projects
• Interest in automotive, mobility, and technology industries
