Are you a technically strong professional who enjoys strategic selling and working directly with major automotive OEMs?

We are a leading manufacturer’s representative organization in the automotive OEM market, partnering with global brands such as Toyota, Honda, Hyundai, Kia, BMW, GM, Ford and more. With decades of success and hundreds of millions in annual sales, we specialize in new product development, program management, and long-term OEM relationship building.

We’re looking for a Sales Engineer to support key accounts by combining technical expertise with commercial strategy.


🚗 What You’ll Do

You will act as the bridge between OEM customers and supplier partners, supporting programs from concept through launch.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Presenting supplier products and capabilities to OEM customers
  • Supporting Account Managers in strategic selling initiatives
  • Reviewing RFQs, validating quotations, and analyzing cost history
  • Managing product development timelines and milestones
  • Submitting and reviewing PPAP documentation and engineering drawings
  • Conducting fit checks and supporting product validation
  • Leading cross-functional meetings and providing program updates
  • Building strong relationships with OEM decision-makers and supplier engineering teams
  • Supporting supplier onboarding and audits

This role requires someone who can influence both technical and business stakeholders while managing multiple programs under tight timelines.


🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of automotive industry experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of product development processes
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Project preferred); CAD experience a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under time and budget pressure
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
