Title: Japanese bilingual Medical Receptionist / Administrative Staff

Location: Harrison, New York ONSITE

Pay rate: $25/hr

Benefit: Medical insurance

Work hours: 5 days a week from Mon to Sat / Full-time shift between 8:30am and 7:00pm depending on a day


Position: Medical Receptionist / Administrative Staff

Key Responsibilities

■ Front Desk & Patient Services

  • Greet and check in patients upon arrival; verify insurance information
  • Distribute and collect medical questionnaires
  • Process payments and calculate medical fees
  • Answer phone calls, including appointment scheduling, changes, and general inquiries
  • Guide and assist patients within the clinic

■ Appointment Management

  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments; manage and coordinate daily schedules
  • Assign and manage treatment chair allocation

■ Medical Billing & Administrative Duties

  • Enter treatment details into the electronic medical record (EMR) system
  • Handle insurance claims and billing procedures
  • Prepare and manage various medical and administrative documents

■ General Administrative Support

  • Perform basic PC operations; organize and file documents
  • Order and manage office and medical supplies inventory
  • Create in-house notices and informational materials
  • Assist with cleaning and maintaining a safe and organized clinic environment


Requirements

  • Bilingual proficiency in Japanese and English (spoken and written)
  • Previous administrative experience (medical office experience preferred)
  • Customer service experience with strong interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
