We are looking for a Japanese-English bilingual Administrative Coordinator to support an executive in the Energy Division of a global ocean transportation company.
This is a long-term, part-time opportunity based in Houston. It is ideal for someone who wants stable work, enjoys office support duties, and values a professional work environment.
Japanese bilingual communication skills are essential for this role.
Position Overview
You will provide day-to-day administrative support to an executive who travels frequently. The role is mainly on-site to support office operations directly.
After training and depending on performance, occasional remote work may be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to an executive
- Manage calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, documents, and presentations
- Communicate in both Japanese and English
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and paper)
- Support expense tracking and basic reporting
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- Fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written)
- Experience in administrative or office support roles preferred
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- $22–$25 per hour (depending on experience)
