An innovative medical technology company advancing powered prosthetic knee solutions is seeking a Marketing Communications Specialist to support growth in the U.S. market. The mission is to enhance mobility and improve quality of life for individuals living with limb loss.


This role is ideal for a marketing professional who can translate strategy into execution, driving awareness, generating qualified leads, and strengthening engagement across digital and in-person channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies
  • Drive lead generation and nurturing through website optimization, SEO/SEM, social media, email campaigns, webinars, and paid media
  • Monitor performance metrics and continuously improve campaign effectiveness
  • Create U.S.-focused marketing assets including brochures, case studies, white papers, videos, landing pages, and related materials
  • Translate complex medical technology into clear, compelling messaging
  • Plan and manage participation in industry exhibitions and conferences
  • Coordinate logistics and maximize return on event investment
  • Develop and manage patient ambassador and engagement programs
  • Increase brand awareness and trust within the amputee community
  • Conduct competitive and market research
  • Analyze marketing performance data and implement improvements
  • Partner with sales to support lead nurturing and sales enablement
  • Work effectively in a remote, cross-cultural environment


Qualifications

Required

  • 3+ years of B2B marketing experience
  • Demonstrated experience executing multi-channel digital marketing strategies
  • Hands-on experience with social media, paid advertising, email marketing, and website management
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote setting


Preferred

  • Experience creating marketing content (writing, video editing, design)
  • Experience managing trade shows or exhibitions
  • Medical device or healthcare experience
