Position Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Business Development Manager to drive new business creation and market expansion across the following industries:

  • Automotive (OEM / Tier-1 suppliers)
  • Manufacturing
  • Large-scale power systems manufacturers (container-sized power units)
  • Aerospace

This is an individual contributor role in a lean, fast-growing organization. The successful candidate will be expected to proactively identify opportunities, build strong relationships with enterprise clients, and independently drive deals through closing.

Primary focus will be U.S.-based enterprise accounts, with occasional collaboration involving Japanese-affiliated companies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle from opportunity creation through closing
  • Lead consultative, solution-based selling engagements
  • Develop and expand enterprise/OEM accounts in target industries
  • Create and deliver executive-level proposals and presentations
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions
  • Contribute to market strategy and long-term business growth

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of B2B business development / enterprise sales experience
  • Proven experience in consultative or solution-based selling
  • Ability to independently drive deals with minimal supervision
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • U.S. work authorization (Visa sponsorship not available)

Strongly Preferred

  • Enterprise/OEM sales experience strongly preferred
  • Experience selling into automotive OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers is a strong plus
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, aerospace, or power-related sectors

Compensation

Base salary range: $80,000–$120,000, depending on experience.

Eligible for company profit-sharing.
