Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Business Development Manager to drive new business creation and market expansion across the following industries:
- Automotive (OEM / Tier-1 suppliers)
- Manufacturing
- Large-scale power systems manufacturers (container-sized power units)
- Aerospace
This is an individual contributor role in a lean, fast-growing organization. The successful candidate will be expected to proactively identify opportunities, build strong relationships with enterprise clients, and independently drive deals through closing.
Primary focus will be U.S.-based enterprise accounts, with occasional collaboration involving Japanese-affiliated companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from opportunity creation through closing
- Lead consultative, solution-based selling engagements
- Develop and expand enterprise/OEM accounts in target industries
- Create and deliver executive-level proposals and presentations
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions
- Contribute to market strategy and long-term business growth
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of B2B business development / enterprise sales experience
- Proven experience in consultative or solution-based selling
- Ability to independently drive deals with minimal supervision
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
- U.S. work authorization (Visa sponsorship not available)
Strongly Preferred
- Enterprise/OEM sales experience strongly preferred
- Experience selling into automotive OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers is a strong plus
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, aerospace, or power-related sectors
Compensation
Base salary range: $80,000–$120,000, depending on experience.
Eligible for company profit-sharing.
