Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.
This is a client-facing, outside sales role requiring confidence, professionalism, and strong interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate is comfortable initiating conversations, building trust quickly, and representing technical products in front of engineers and decision-makers.
Preferred Qualifications (Strongly Preferred)
To be successful in this role, we strongly prefer candidates who have:
- Some experience in sales (B2B sales preferred, but not mandatory)
- Experience in the electronics industry and/or an engineering background
- Previous work experience at an international or globally connected company
- Interest in industrial technology and long-term relationship-based sales
Required Qualifications
- Strong English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Ability to conduct in-person client meetings

- Identify and qualify new business opportunities aligned with global manufacturing capabilities
- Research potential markets, organizations, and individuals
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers
- Pursue new projects and design-in opportunities
- Conduct product presentations and technical discussions
- Provide solutions to customer questions regarding products and applications
- Attend trade shows and industry events
- Share market feedback internally to support product and process improvements
