Salary Range: $70K-$73K

Work Hour: 8:30-5:30

Sales Associate (Beauty / Consumer Products)

A well-established global consumer products company is seeking a Sales Associate to support business growth within the beauty and personal care category. This role will focus on developing strong relationships with distributors and retail stores, executing in-store promotions, and expanding product distribution in the assigned territory.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of field sales, customer interaction, and hands-on retail execution, while contributing to the growth of a recognized brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and retail partners
• Promote and sell beauty consumer products to retail stores and customers
• Visit assigned retail locations to manage product placement, merchandising, and inventory
• Support distribution expansion by developing new retail opportunities
• Plan and execute store promotions, advertisements, and product demonstrations
• Introduce new products to customers and retail partners
• Handle customer orders and support daily sales operations
• Track and manage sales performance against annual and monthly targets
• Prepare sales reports and present updates to the Sales Manager
• Participate in trade shows, festivals, and promotional events as needed

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Korean (required)
• Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle required
• Ability to travel for business approximately twice per month
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• College degree preferred but not required
