Job Summary
An automotive parts manufacturer is seeking an Sales professional to manage customer accounts and support sales activities. This role is primarily office-based and focuses on customer communication, order management, and account support, with occasional customer appointments.
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned customer accounts and maintain ongoing relationships
- Handle sales-related inquiries regarding products, pricing, availability, and delivery
- Process orders, prepare quotations, and follow up with customers
- Maintain accurate customer and product data using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Attend occasional customer meetings and trade shows as needed (10%)
Qualifications
- Experience in sales, inside sales, or account management
- Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with PC-based work
Preferred
- Automotive, manufacturing, or industrial industry experience
- Japanese language skills or experience working with Japanese companies (a plus)
