Our client, a Japanese company is looking for an Events Associate!
If you’re into trading card games and want a role where you can be part of live tournaments behind the scenes and on-site, this is it. You’ll support event operations end-to-end: coordinating venues and schedules in the office, and helping run smooth event days with the team.
What You’ll Do
- Help run live TCG tournaments (registration, setup, materials, on-site coordination)
- Coordinate schedules and logistics with venues and partners
- Support staffing schedules (judges/staff)
- Track event costs, invoices, and payments (basic budget support)
- Prep and manage event documents + help with packing/shipping materials
- Provide friendly, professional customer service during busy events
What We’re Looking For
- TCG experience required (playing, judging, organizing, collecting, or active community involvement—any title OK)
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable in fast-paced event environments and team-based work
- Basic comfort with spreadsheets/docs and admin tasks
Nice to Have
- Live event/tournament operations experience (judge/organizer is a plus)
- Customer service or leadership experience
- Japanese and/or Spanish
Requirements
- Driver’s license + access to a vehicle preferred
- Ability to lift/carry event materials when needed
- International travel may require a valid U.S. passport
