A global automotive manufacturer is seeking a Japanese–English bilingual sales professional to support customer relationships and sales activities for automotive OEM and Tier supplier customers.
This role works closely with customers, internal teams, and headquarters in Japan to support ongoing programs and assist with new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Support sales activities for automotive OEM and Tier supplier customers
- Maintain relationships with existing customers and assist with new business opportunities
- Prepare quotations, sales reports, and customer updates
- Coordinate with engineering, production, and quality teams to support customer programs
- Communicate with headquarters in Japan regarding customer needs, project updates, and sales activities
- Participate in trade shows, customer meetings, and other sales support activities
Qualifications
- Japanese and English bilingual ability required (business level or higher)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 3–5 years of sales or customer-facing experience in automotive manufacturing
- Experience working with Japanese companies or global teams is a plus
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
