Compensation: Starting at $45,000 annually; performance-based increase to up to $50,000 after 90days
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Position Summary
The Sales Representative will manage existing client relationships while supporting business development initiatives across a multi-state territory. This role requires frequent regional travel and close interaction with retail, distributor, and food-service clients. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing sales activities with administrative responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
Client Account Management
- Manage and grow an existing portfolio of approximately 80–100 accounts
- Maintain long-term relationships with retail clients and distributors, particularly within the Asian food and grocery market
Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, primarily with restaurants and food-related businesses
- Support market expansion through strategic outreach and follow-up
Sales & Field Activities
- Conduct in-person meetings, presentations, and follow-ups across a multi-state region
- Provide product and pricing information and address client inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction
Administrative & Reporting
- Prepare sales-related documentation, including credit applications and contracts
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activity reports
- Complete required clerical tasks and written reports
Qualifications
Required:
- Expert-level Korean and English (spoken and written)
- Strong clerical and administrative skills
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle frequent travel
Preferred:
- Prior sales or customer-facing experience
- Familiarity with food, grocery, or distribution-related industries
Other Details
- Frequent regional travel with approximately 1–2 overnight stays every other week
- Travel areas include the Midwest and surrounding regions; occasional air travel required
- No weekend travel
