JOB DESCRIPTION


Sales

Process sales forecasts, sales promotion, quotations, price negotiations (to HQ and affiliates and

customers), sales contracts, maintain good relationships with customers, logistics, collections support.

* Collaboration and engagement with our operations team is essential.


Sales Coordination

Maintain and enhance good communication with customers, outside sales representatives, distributors,

as well as Japan side, its affiliates. Understand product specifications, work with the team as a

sales assistant to ensure that customer requirements are up-to-date and that there are no delays. Also

works with the operations team to update shipment schedules are on track or not. Promote our products

to existing and potential new customers.


Marketing

Review market research, conduct and review industry and competitors’ analysis


Sales Analysis

Process sales analysis by customer and product on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.

Analysis of the plan and the differences compared to the previous month is also necessary.


Advice to Customers

Assist research and provide the information that customers are looking for (Develop sales strategies) and

promote our products with assistance with technical support. Assist for quality issues and customer

claims our quality team.

Special assignments as requested by General Manager/Managing Director


Experience, Skills:

Ideal candidate has experience in Electronics

B2B sales experience (8+years)


Travel

20 to 30% in US. Possibly 1 trip to Japan.
