Position Title: Import Logistics Coordinator

Location: Irving, TX (100% Onsite)

Employment Type: Non-Exempt

Start Date: As soon as possible

Pay：$65K + GREAT BENEFTIS

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM with some overtime


Overview

We are seeking an experienced logistics professional. This role will oversee import operations and coordinate with both internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth cargo handling and delivery.


Key Responsibilities

Import Operations

  • Communicate with overseas offices and partners regarding shipment schedules and documentation
  • Coordinate import arrangements and delivery schedules with customers
  • Manage data entry into internal logistics systems
  • Issue invoices and maintain related documentation

Warehouse Operations (Preferred but Not Required)

  • Forklift operation experience is a strong plus

Weekend Support (Occasional)

  • Remote weekend work as needed, such as:
    • Verifying incoming air cargo status
    • Coordinating with trucking companies

Required Qualifications

  • Logistics or freight forwarding experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Japanese
  • Forklift certification and warehouse operation experience
  • Experience in air cargo import processes
