Ground Service Agent (Passenger Service) – Japanese Bilingual Preferred


Location: Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW)

A leading international airline is seeking a Japanese-English bilingual Ground Service Agent to provide high-quality passenger services at DFW Airport. This role is ideal for candidates with airline, travel, or hospitality experience who enjoy supporting international travelers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist passengers with check-in, boarding passes, and travel document verification
  • Support boarding and gate operations, including announcements
  • Assist arriving and connecting passengers, including Japanese-speaking customers
  • Provide professional customer service during delays, cancellations, and rebookings
  • Coordinate with airline and airport teams to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Attend training programs and support short-term assignments at other U.S. airports

Work Schedule

  • Full-time, shift-based (40 hours/week)
  • Typical shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM (may vary by season)
  • Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays
  • 90-day probationary period
  • 1-year contract with potential for permanent employment

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hourly pay: $19.00 – $22.00 (DOE)

Qualifications

  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

  • Must pass background check and drug screening
