This is a high-impact role for an experienced accounting professional who enjoys working at the intersection of finance, systems, and international operations. You’ll play a key role in strengthening financial processes, supporting cross-border activities, and leading critical ERP initiatives.

The Role

As Accounting & Operations Manager, you will oversee core accounting functions while acting as a key contributor to ERP migration and optimization initiatives. This role requires a hands-on, detail-oriented professional with strong technical accounting knowledge and the ability to collaborate across borders and functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle accounting operations, including general ledger, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Support and lead ERP migration and enhancement projects, including process mapping, testing, and post-implementation optimization
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate data flow between accounting and operational systems
• Handle cross-border accounting matters, including intercompany transactions and coordination with international stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal controls
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, controls, and reporting efficiency
• Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting as required

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10 years of progressive professional accounting experience
• Proven hands-on experience with ERP migrations (Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred)
• Strong understanding of cross-border accounting (Canada–U.S. exposure preferred)
• Solid knowledge of Canadian accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience working in a fast-paced, growing, or transformational environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work across teams and geographies
• CPA or equivalent professional designation is an asset
• Reliable transportation to commute between GTA office locations
• Interest in and authorization to travel frequently to the USA
