Summary
Our client is looking for a Sales Account Executive which is responsible for driving new business and managing enterprise accounts through consultative sales. You will own the full sales cycle, build relationships with C-level stakeholders, and work with internal teams to deliver network/IT solutions while meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Execution
- Prospect and acquire new clients; qualify opportunities and close deals.
- Present value proposition and competitive positioning to decision makers (including C-level).
- Drive consultative selling, account planning, and account management.
Account & Pipeline Management
- Manage day-to-day client needs and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Provide accurate forecasting and maintain healthy pipeline management.
- Collaborate with Project Management and Operations for pre-/post-sales support.
Planning & Performance
- Support annual sales planning (quota/budget) and monitor market/competitor trends.
- Consistently work toward meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) required; MBA preferred
- Japanese Bilingual skill required
- 2–5 years of telecom/IT solutions sales experience (consultative sales preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage full sales cycle and prioritize effectively.
Travel & Driving Requirements
- Travel: 2 times a year
