Overview
We are looking for a Part-Time Sales Support team member to assist with order coordination and basic logistics-related tasks. This role is suitable for someone with practical experience in administrative or trade-related support who is comfortable working in a bilingual (Japanese–English) environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate shipment schedules with factories and internal teams
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery dates and order status
- Support inventory tracking and basic logistics coordination
- Prepare simple reports and documents using Microsoft Office
- Provide general administrative support to the sales team
Working Conditions
- Part-time: 3 days per week
- Flexible work schedule
- On-site initially, with potential to move to a hybrid work arrangement
- Hourly rate: $25–30 (depending on experience)
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic experience in trade, logistics, or sales administration (hands-on experience preferred, but not highly specialized)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Japanese–English bilingual required
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Reliable and able to follow instructions and deadlines
