Sales Support (Part-Time)

Overview

We are looking for a Part-Time Sales Support team member to assist with order coordination and basic logistics-related tasks. This role is suitable for someone with practical experience in administrative or trade-related support who is comfortable working in a bilingual (Japanese–English) environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate shipment schedules with factories and internal teams
  • Communicate with customers regarding delivery dates and order status
  • Support inventory tracking and basic logistics coordination
  • Prepare simple reports and documents using Microsoft Office
  • Provide general administrative support to the sales team

Working Conditions

  • Part-time: 3 days per week
  • Flexible work schedule
  • On-site initially, with potential to move to a hybrid work arrangement
  • Hourly rate: $25–30 (depending on experience)

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Basic experience in trade, logistics, or sales administration (hands-on experience preferred, but not highly specialized)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Japanese–English bilingual required
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable and able to follow instructions and deadlines
