Sales Representative – Japanese Alcohol & Sake
Summary
The Sales Representative will drive sales and brand awareness of our products in assigned territories. This role involves developing relationships with distributors, restaurants, bars, retail stores, and event organizers to expand market reach.
Essential Duties
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, restaurants, and other clients.
- Conduct product presentations, tastings, and promotional events.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms with clients.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams on promotions, events, and inventory management.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Support product launches and special campaigns to maximize sales opportunities.

- Qualifications2– years of sales or account management experience, preferably in food & beverage, alcohol, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of Japanese sake or other Japanese alcoholic beverages is a strong plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Business-level English; Japanese language skills are a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
