Position Title: Merchandising Manager

Location: New York, NY

Employment Type: Full-Time (Direct hire)

Start Date: January 2026 (negotiable)

Work Style: Hybrid (2 days/week at Midtown West Office)

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Compensation Range

・Base Salary: $44.50/ hour (Approx. $93,000 / year)

・Total Annual Compensation (including bonus): Approx. $105,000 / year + comprehensive benefits package

Key Responsibilities (★ = Top-Priority Duties)

★ Plan, develop, and manage product concepts and OEM coordination, ensuring product

quality and compliance.

★ Formulate and execute sales strategies across retail and wholesale channels, including client

negotiation and coordination.

・Expand EC and B2B channels while driving promotional initiatives.

・Optimize supply chain operations and inventory management.

・Supervise and develop the merchandising team (Assistant Manager and others).

Required Experience & Qualifications

・Minimum 5 years of experience in merchandising, retail, or product development.

・Proven experience managing OEM manufacturers and suppliers, including quality control and scheduling.

・Demonstrated leadership and team management experience.

・Business-level proficiency in both Japanese and English.
